How to peel potato

steps:
1. Pour ice-water into a big bowl
The size of bowl that can contain 1 or 2 potatoes.
2. Put the hot boiled potato into the bowl
3. Let hot potatoes cool off for 12 seconds.
4. take out and peel the potato from the center
The potato skin will come as one piece..!!
